Fool vs Prudent

As I continue my Proverbs journey, I want to share a scripture that really challenged me and prompted some honest self-examination.

Proverbs 12:16 says: "A fool's wrath is known at once, but a prudent man covers shame." 💎

I found myself asking: How often do I react immediately, venting my feelings over something—whether it's something big or small? This verse reminds us that a fool lacks self-control, and that realisation really convicted me.

As I kept reading through Proverbs, I noticed how often it contrasts the temperament of the wise with that of the fool. I gathered a few of those verses together, and they paint a very clear picture. See what stands out to you:

I'm so grateful that God doesn't leave us where we are. He renews our minds, transforms our hearts, and gives us the wisdom to grow if we're willing to seek Him.
